What this website collects
This website does not provide user accounts, run behavioural analytics or set advertising cookies. MYL Canada does not receive personal information simply because you read these pages.
The contact and volunteer forms are the one exception. When you send one, the details you enter, such as your name, email address, city and message, are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and passed to the MYL Canada team by email. The team uses them only to reply to you and to organize volunteering, and does not sell or share them.
When you contact MYL Canada
Email and phone links open your own communications application. If you contact MYL Canada, the information you choose to provide will be used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive information unless the team specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
Third-party services
This site links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Eventbrite, Google Maps, Al-Hidayah, Al-Nahda, MMCC and Minhaj websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. The site also requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive basic connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Event photography
The site uses supplied MYL Canada images and official event photography from linked reports. If you appear in an image and have a concern about its use, contact the team with the page URL and a clear description of the photograph.
