After Ramadan, MYL’s chapters kept the light going. On April 11, the Scarborough chapter hosted its first spiritual gathering, a night of Qur’an, nasheeds, dhikr and reminders that brought brothers and sisters together.
The Mississauga chapter followed on April 25, and the Milton chapter held its own evening of faith, reflection and unity the same month. In May, Scarborough gathered again, this time in a home packed wall to wall.
Each night looked a little different, but each carried the same purpose: to be reminded, together, of why we are here.
